No. Many clients come in the “in-between” phase. The coaching is designed to help you explore options without rushing, and then commit to a direction that fits.
How is the coaching structured?
The process follows clear modules (clarity → strengths → exploration → prototyping → action). You’ll always know what we’re working on and why—and you’ll leave sessions with concrete next steps.
How long is a session and how often do we meet?
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your situation—often weekly or bi-weekly to create steady momentum.
